Standard Registration
Includes admission to all Sessions, Workshops, Meal Functions, the Sunday Evening Welcome Reception, and the Monday Evening Networking Reception. $599

Affiliated Association/Society Registration
A special Affiliate Rate has been negotiated for members of the following organizations: ACVP, ASCP, CAP, CSP, DPA, and USCAP. $499

Resident Registration
A special rate has been established for medical residents interested in the field of digital pathology. $399

Spouse (Guest) Package
Includes admission to all meals and the Sunday Evening Welcome Reception, but does not include admission to sessions. $200

Exhibitors receive two complimentary Standard Registration passes per exhibit space reserved. Additional passes must be purchased.

All registrations must be received at Pathology Visions by the dates specified in order to receive mailings and stated fees. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing or e-mail before August 17, 2010 will be honored. A $50 administration fee will be charged for cancellations. Fees cannot be refunded after August 17, 2010. E-mail or submit your request to:
